At Pilates Northwest, we offer our Seattle clients both individual sessions and small group classes. If you are new to Pilates, we recommend that you start with a series of private sessions so that you can learn the basic exercises properly. From there, you can decide if you'd like to continue working one-on-one with one of our Seattle instructors, or if you'd like to attend one of our small classes.

In addition to reformer classes that are led by an instructor, we also offer supervised practice sessions in which you can follow your own routine under the guidance of one of our instructors. No matter which of our classes you choose, with our high ratio of instructors to students, you'll still receive sufficient attention to ensure that you're getting as much as possible from your Pilates workouts.
Our classes and personal sessions are conducted in our studio just 15 minutes north of downtown Seattle, where we have a wide array of commercial Pilates equipment.
