At Pilates Northwest, our Seattle clients have the choice of working with a personal trainer or taking our Pilates classes. For beginners who are new to Pilates, we recommend an initial set of five sessions with one of our personal trainers. After learning the basics, you can then choose to continue working with your personal trainer, attend our small group sessions, or employ a mix of the two.
