Seattle Reformer Pilates Classes
At first glance, the Pilates reformer can seem like an intimidating piece of exercise equipment. The reformer, however, is actually an elegant and simple machine on which more than 100 different exercises can be performed. After positioning your body on the sliding platform, exercises are performed using your own weight and springs as resistance to move the platform.
To get the most out of a Pilates routine, you must know how to use the reformer or perform the mat exercises properly. One of the most effective ways to do this is to take Pilates classes.
