Kelly

Kelly discovered Pilates almost 15 years ago, after spending years unable to exercise regularly due to long term recurrent back pain. She started with mat work and immediately found the benefit of developing a strong core. Soon she found a local studio offering equipment classes and her love for Pilates grew stronger. Not long after that first class she decided to become an instructor. Kelly enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities, seeing the benefits Pilates can bring to every body. Kelly is certified through BASI (Body Arts and Science International).

Certifications:
Certified Pilates Instructor, BASI Pilates – Body Arts and Science International, full certification in all apparatus
