Obtaining a full equipment certification in Pilates is not easy. Typically it’s at least a two year rigorous program filled with courses on anatomy, physiology, injury and special population training, equipment safety, self practice, Pilates observation hours and practice teaching. Interestingly, the right form can sometimes differ between individuals based on body types and shapes, age, fitness level and function. We feel we are giving you the best instruction available by offering lessons with highly educated, certified instructors who provide you with motivation and ensure that you are exercising properly.

Combining movements with breathing and engaging both the body and the mind, Pilates techniques can be challenging to learn on your own.
